Robin Rogers joined 33 St. James’s in 2004. He is based in the United Kingdom where he has built specialist expertise in the new global agri-business investment sector. He has over 20 years’ experience in senior and international management assessment and executive search.

His experience in the industry encompasses a wide range of sectors. He has researched and delivered key appointments in information technology, international real estate, banking and fund management, consumer financial services, B2B services, professional services and the automotive sector. It also includes a range of functions: senior roles in finance, HR, operations, marketing, consultancy, M&A, in addition to a cross-border search universe.

Robin began his career with the European Commission. He then trained as a Chartered Accountant with Touche Ross in London, Brussels, Paris and Geneva. He was a Managing Director at Russell Reynolds, in London and Sydney, working for multinationals across Europe and Asia, and subsequently at Whitehead Mann Amrop and the private search boutique, STCP. He was also President of United Search Partners where he formed a specialist cross-border consulting service, which advised large corporations on risk awareness and management, conducting search assignments in Asia, particularly China.

Robin has an MA in Land Economy from The University of Cambridge.
