FutureFocus

FutureFocus delivers guidance and counselling to undergraduates to assist them in transitioning from education to the workplace.  Presentations and workshops are designed for universities, are modular and are tailor-made for each assignment.

Early relationships are forged with talented individuals, enabling us to assist them in developing their careers.

The FutureFocus ‘First One Hundred Days’ Programme is a recognised module in an increasing number of employers’ induction schemes.

We also offer a Cultural Awareness Programme to assist people transitioning from different cultures.

FutureFocus provides a specialist, bespoke, graduate/early career recruitment programme to Clients of 33 St. James’s.

Alexandra Morgan Thomas

Alexandra Morgan Thomas joined 33 St. James’s in 2010 where she leads early career transition programmes.

She is Chief Executive of FutureFocus which she was instrumental in creating and developing.  She has since further enhanced the concept to span education, sports and military transitions.  She is based in the UK and Europe and leads the innovative FutureFocus programmes to universities, corporates and individuals.

Alexandra was educated at Benenden and Oxford Brookes University where she read International Relations and Communications.  She speaks fluent French and conversational Spanish.
