Robin Rogers has over 20 years' experience in senior and international management assessment and executive search. He graduated from Cambridge University and began his career with the European Commission. He then trained as a Chartered Accountant with Touche Ross in London, Brussels, Paris and Geneva.

He spent 10 years with Russell Reynolds, in London and Sydney, working for multinationals across Europe and Asia. Robin handled assignments in information technology, 'back office' operations, insurance, consumer goods and shipping. Robin then spent three years with Whitehead Mann Amrop, working in banking and fund management, retail and information technology.

In 1995 he joined STCP, a private search boutique, where he became a shareholder and director, participating in the management buy-out in 1998 and subsequent growth. During this period Robin covered consumer financial services, information technology, the automotive sector, B2B and professional services. From 2000 to 2001 he was also President of United Search Partners where he built The Global Executive, a specialist cross-border practice, from which evolved a consulting service DIGESS - which reduces the risk to large corporations of conducting search assignments in Asia, particularly China.
