Harley Murphy is Managing Director of ACHANGE Ltd, an Irish firm specializing in supporting companies and their executives through transformational change.

Harley has more than 20 years experience at a senior management level in large multinational companies. He has significant leadership roles in mergers, reorganizations, IT transitions, reengineering projects and downsizing. He has lived and worked in the UK, The Netherlands, Singapore, Australia and has undertaken major assignments in Sweden and Hong Kong.

Prior to establishing ACHANGE Ltd at the end of 2008, Harley was responsible for Bank of New York Mellon's offshore asset servicing business and was also Country Head for Ireland, where he led 1,000 staff. Harley spent two years with Mellon in Edinburgh as Regional Head for Scotland and had also spent time in Melbourne, Australia supporting Mellon's asset management business there through significant change. Until 1999 Harley had been Senior Vice President within the International Division of ABN AMRO. As a career expat with the Bank he has worked in Asia and in Europe on assignments to reengineer the division and transform its technology environment.

Harley has a Masters in Management & Organisational Studies from UCD Smurfit Graduate School of Business and a Postgraduate Diploma in Organisational Behaviour from Birkbeck College, University of London. He is also a qualified accountant and has a Diploma in Business Coaching.
