    The provision of short-term skills to address specific objectives where a permanent appointment is not deemed appropriate. Interim managers often possess rare skills. It is a flexible way of acquiring scarce resources quickly. Contracts have end dates and no termination fees.

    ESP focuses on external recruitment. It is a comprehensive approach which begins with a corporate review with our clients encompassing their present challenges and future culture and strategic objectives which are then evaluated against our detailed knowledge and experience of their industries. Transparency in ESP is key to project success in order to contribute to substantial and sustainable improvement in clients’ performance. Each project is bespoke to clients requirements and is executed by Partners.

  •     Management Assessment Process (MAP)
    MAP provides a solution to issues faced by organisations in transition - whether the transition is effected by merger/acquisition, organisational change, or downsizing leading to redundancy programmes and re-engineering. It is a tried and tested method of evaluating senior executives and teams on an independent and non-discriminatory basis against agreed benchmarks and transparent established criteria which include defined key skills and core competencies. It enables employers and employees effectively to address talent retention and redundancy by ensuring a fair and consistent approach thus minimizing potential legal liabilities and damage to internal relationships and external reputation.
  •     Management Development
    We provide customised programmes to support the development of high potential managers to ensure those leadership attributes and skills required to achieve the clients' strategic corporate objectives are met.

  •     Onboarding
    Accommodates, assimilates and accelerates new team members, whether they come from outside or inside the organisation. Its objective is to assist an individual to operate at optimum potential as quickly as possible.
